Fuego Advisory LLC Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fuego Advisory LLC website, booking systems, and professional services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our website or scheduling a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Fuego Advisory LLC provides marketig, fundraising, digital infrastructure, and strategic services to founders, nonprofits, campaigns, PACs, and public-impact organizations.

Fuego Advisory LLC does not provide legal advice, political compliance services, or financial advisory services unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

All services are provided under a separate professional services agreement once a client relationship is established.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Fuego Advisory LLC provides professional services based on industry best practices, experience, and good-faith effort.
However, political, nonprofit, and public-impact outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including candidate performance, donor behavior, public sentiment, regulatory changes, and market conditions.

Fuego Advisory LLC does not guarantee:

  • election outcomes

  • fundraising totals

  • media coverage

  • or campaign success

Any examples, projections, or past results shared are for illustrative purposes only.

3. Political and Compliance Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable:

  • campaign finance laws

  • election laws

  • nonprofit regulations

  • reporting requirements

Fuego Advisory LLC acts only as a service provider and does not serve as a political committee, donor, or contributor.

Clients are responsible for:

  • proper disclosures

  • reporting

  • and legal compliance related to their campaign or organization.

4. Consultations and Strategy Sessions

Fuego Advisory LLC may offer free or paid consultations. These sessions are exploratory and do not create a client relationship unless a written agreement is signed.

Information provided during a consultation is not legal or financial advice.

5. Payments and Refunds

All fees, payment schedules, and refund terms are governed by the individual service agreement entered into between Fuego Advisory LLC and the client.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable once services have begun.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, frameworks, documents, and content provided by Fuego Advisory LLC remain the intellectual property of Fuego Advisory LLC unless otherwise stated in writing.

Clients receive a limited license to use materials for their internal campaign or organizational operations only.

7. Confidentiality

Fuego Advisory LLC agrees to treat client information as confidential, except as required to provide services or as required by law.

Clients agree not to disclose Fuego Advisory LLC’s proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fuego Advisory LLC shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages

  • lost fundraising

  • lost elections

  • reputational harm

  • or business interruption

Fuego Advisory LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services in the previous 30 days.

9. Website Use

You may not:

  • misuse the website

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access

  • submit false or misleading information

Fuego Advisory LLC may suspend or restrict access for misuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Fuego Advisory LLC is registered.
